NOTICE TO LICENSED CONTRACTORS
Lagunitas School District's CUPCCAA Registered Contractor's List
PER SECTION 22034 OF THE PUBLIC CONTRACT CODE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lagunitas School District ("District") has adopted the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act ("CUPCCAA") and is seeking qualified, licensed contractors for inclusion on the District's Registered "qualified" Contractors List for the 2025 calendar year for projects under $220,000.
If, in addition to the above resources, you would like to have your firm added to a mailing list to receive Notices to Contractors for informally bid projects, please click on the following link to submit your form:

THERE IS NO SUBMITTAL DEADLINE. Names will be added to the mailing list as they are received. For this invitation, names will be retained on the list through December 31, 2025.
NOTE: Registering with a district does not satisfy the prequalificatiopn requirements under PCC 20111.5 or 20111.6 or the Department of Industrial Relations registration requirements under Labor Code 1725.5. All licensed contractors are subject to verification through the California State License Board.
Please be advised, this does not automatically guarantee you will be informed of, or included in all RFQ, RFP, or Bid Requests. Notices will be sent out for the category of work being bid. Lagunitas School District may also announce project opportunities in designated trade journals and/or a newspaper of general circulation.
